Japanese license plates feature four digits. Out of the 10,000 possible combinations, 365 correspond to dates on the calendar. This smartphone photography project was about finding and capturing each date as quickly as possible. It took a little under two months to complete in 2018.
As the project gradually turned into an addictive daily habit, the photographs themselves slowly became more composed and visually refined over time.

プロジェクトが次第に毎日の習慣となっていくにつれて、写真そのものも徐々に構図が洗練され、視覚的な完成度が増していきました。
