“Part of the week end never dies.” Fuji Rock is a unique universe, a time capsule existing outside ordinary daily life. Rather than focusing on artists or concerts, this series focuses on everything else around the festival that defines its spirit. Photographs are made with film cameras loaded with black and white film. The series started in 2012. Each year, a few new images are added to the archive. The long term objective is an exhibition and a photo book.
「あの週末の一部は、決して消えません。」フジロックは唯一無二の世界——日常の外側に存在するタイムカプセルです。このシリーズは、アーティストやコンサートではなく、フェスティバルの精神を形づくる「それ以外のすべて」に焦点を当てています。
撮影にはモノクロフィルムを装填したフィルムカメラを使用しています。シリーズは2012年に始まりました。毎年、新たな数枚のイメージがアーカイブに加えられています。長期的な目標は、写真展と写真集の制作です。
